Shipping/Returns

Shipping policy: All retail (non-wholesale) orders ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted or with holiday volume. Wholesale orders have an average turnaround time 15-24 business days unless we have discussed separately. 

Return Policy: There are no refunds once your order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order once received, please contact us at ejclayco@gmail.com within 1 week. We will work hard to resolve any issues with your order! If there is an issue after the order has shipped regarding delivery/post office delays, we are able to file a claim. Once the order is out of our possession, please reach out to USPS if there is an issue with delivery. No orders will be refunded, but we are able to resend the order if the claim has been approved.

Subscription Cancellation: If you are a monthly subscriber, you are able to cancel your subscription via the link you receive in the subscription email reminder. You are also able to reactivate your subscription whenever you would like!
